If you have yet to try this, and love Chinese chicken, I would recommend this. I have always tried to dupe their chicken ( it's always been a fail ) until now.
Wish I could find a homemade recipe for this.... but... Until then my family loved this !
So simple to do
Just add flower to crumbs in package
And a beaten egg.
I used pork chops cut into pieces.
Dipped in egg
Then coated in batter
Baked at 400 for 20 minutes
And where amazing!
I made double batch so I was sure to have some left overs because my kids only have half days of school on Friday's. . So lunch tomorrow as well! One thing they get happy for left overs!
